Who we are

Rockmore Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company based in Oakland County, Michigan, serving Metro Detroit. This page explains what information we collect through rockmorecleaning.com, why, and what we do with it. Questions go to sales@rockmorecleaning.com or (248) 264-3707.

What we collect

• Quote requests. Your name, phone, email, the type of building, the service you need, and anything you write in the message box.
• Job and subcontractor applications. Your name, contact details, work history, availability, service area, crew size and insurance status, plus anything you add.
• Calls and texts. If you call or text our business number, we keep the number and the conversation so we can follow up.
• Technical basics. Like every website, our hosting and network providers log your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit for security and performance. We do not use that to identify you.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, schedule a walkthrough and send you a quote.
• To review applications and get in touch about work.
• To run and protect the website, including blocking spam and abuse.

We do not send marketing email you did not ask for, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Who helps us process it

A few service providers handle data on our behalf, only to do the jobs listed here:

• Form delivery. Web form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit. Every submission is also stored on our own website so nothing gets lost.
• Email. Our mailboxes run on Google Workspace.
• Hosting and network. The site runs on GoDaddy managed WordPress hosting behind Cloudflare, which provides security and speed.
• Phone and text. Our business number runs on Google Voice.

We do not run advertising trackers. If we add a visitor-analytics tool in the future, we will say so on this page.

Cookies

We set no marketing cookies. The site uses only the small technical cookies WordPress and Cloudflare need to work and to keep out automated abuse. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

Text messages

If you text us or ask us to text you, we may reply by text about your quote, walkthrough or application. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and related conversations are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and honor pricing. Applications are kept for up to 12 months unless we hire you or you ask us to delete them sooner. Customer records are kept for as long as we work together and as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

Email sales@rockmorecleaning.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer within a few business days. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Children

The site is for businesses and adults looking for work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be noted here for at least 30 days.
